The Gazelle series of occupant counter is the latest model in our thermal array based occupant counter family, now with IP connectivity. The unit functions optically ‘seeing’ the heat emitted by people passing underneath as Infra-Red radiation (unlike a video camera based sensor), collected through a germanium lens with a 60° field of view.
Installation of our Occupancy Counters across entrances to a building, floor or room allows you to capture the movement of people IN & OUT of any space in real-time thus enabling you to understand the number of occupants in the monitored space. Delivering a high accuracy, these sensors are extremely stable (MTBF>25 years) and consistent in its performance. There is no need to reconfigure the sensors once configured.
