PL-81020 is a 4U rackmount, high-density, enterprise performance, cost-effective, energy saving, multi-node UP Server. It supports up to 6 hot-pluggable nodes in 4U rackmount chassis. PL-81020 is high-performance networking system that utilizes Intel® microarchitecture, efficient performance processor Intel® Xeon® E5-2600 V3 family and the Intel® C612 series chipset. This new generation platform provides highly performance, CPU cores up to 18 cores, supporting 45MB cache and a total of 40 PCIe lanes.
PL-81020 is built with two Intel® Xeon® E5-2600V3 series processors and supports Intel® QuickPath Interconnects running up to 9.6 GT/s speeds per node. Intel® QPI (Quick Path Interconnect) links are a high speed, point-to-point interconnect bus between the processor and chipset to reduce memory socket latency and to increase performance.
The PL-81020 is enhancement in computing performance, system responsiveness with Intel® E5-2600 V3 processor, supporting eight DDR4 ECC RDIMM/ LRDIMM (up to 2133 MHz) and maximum memory capacity is up to 128 GB per node. The strong IO elements of PL-81020 include two 40GbE QSFP+ ports, one management Ethernet ports, a console port, two USB ports and LEDs for power/ HDD/ GPO. In addition, the PL-81020 also supports one 2.5” SATA HDD/SSD and on-board mini-PCIe slot for mSATA used to fit the basic network storage application.
